Economic data could spell opportunity coming

Two articles I read today, when taken together, could indicate some interesting opportunity for the liquidation community coming.

Here are the headlines in my newsfeed this morning:

The second article discusses the unexpected increase in wholesale inventories as measured in October.  Economists are viewing this as a positive driver that will increase GDP growth numbers.

The first headline talks about concerns about weakening global demand.

Higher inventories together with reduced consumer demand is a recipe for big opportunity for liquidators.  The liquidation of any of this inventory that goes unsold will come some time down the line, so be ready.  It certainly isn't going to happen over night, but in the next 6-12 months my guess is we will see this start to work its way through the secondary market system.

More appliances and consumer electronics liquidation

Almo Corporation of Pennsylvania has just launched their own private liquidation marketplace. They are the latest company to utilize the B-Stock Solutions platform. They are liquidating appliances, consumer electronics, small appliances, home comfort appliances and even professional A/V equipment. It is the usual great B-Stock interface and auction technology, so everyone familiar with there other marketplaces will immediately feel comfortable using it. Check it out here: https://Almo.bstocksolutions.com.
